Company Policies

Terms/Taxes

Our minimum merchandise order is $20.00 (prior to shipping and tax). Appropriate shipping charge will be added to the order. California residents add appropriate Sales Tax. We do not collect out of California sales tax.

Shipping

Unless otherwise requested, on all Domestic orders, we will ship via UPS ground service (please see chart below for charges). If you request other than UPS Ground, we will add the specific charges for that service to your order total. Any order sent C.O.D. will have an $11.00 fee added. Orders received Monday through Thursday prior to 1:00 PM Pacific Time are usually shipped that same day. However, on occasion, due to certain production factors it may take an extra day or two to ship your order. Any order received after 1:00 PM or on Friday and the weekend, will usually be shipped the following business day (with the same exception as noted above).

We generate our shipping labels from the information you, the customer provides, so if you give an incorrect or incomplete address and your package is returned to us, you will be charged for the additional shipping to have the order re-shipped. If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your order has shipped, any corrections to the shipping address may not be possible or if we are charged (UPS currently charges approximately $11.00) to have the address corrected or it is automatically correctly by UPS and delivered, you will be charged those additional costs as well. So please take care when listing your shipping address.

We are not responsible for any lost package that was incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

Returns

It is our policy not to accept returns unless the goods are defective or were incorrectly shipped. If that is the case, please contact us via email or phone (800-666-7015) to notify us of the error and to arrange return.

All prices listed are U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa and MasterCard only for payment. For your security, any credit card information received during a purchase will be deleted upon completion of your order.
